Tabea’s favourite recipe
My recipe will put a delicious dish from the Far East on your plate. For my Curry with Glass Noodles you need the following ingredients:
- 1 can of light coconut milk
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1 fresh bell pepper
- 400 g chicken cutlets
- soy sauce (approx. 3 tbsp)
- red curry paste (approx. 1 tsp)
- olive oil
- 2 packets of glass noodles
First, I chop the scallions and the pepper. Then I sauté the chicken in a little olive oil, add the scallions and pepper, and leave everything to steam for a while. Now it's time to add the coconut milk. I mix it with the curry paste and add both to the pan. Now I let the curry simmer for about 10 minutes. At the end, I season everything with the soy sauce and also prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions.
