USV sports hall

In 2006 to 2007 the USV sports hall was built by the USV Jena in collaboration with the Friedrich Schiller University. For this, the USV members have made a substantial contribution to membership fees. In addition, funding was won.

The USV Jena is also responsible for the operation of the hall and is supported by the FSU. The cooperation ensures optimal use of the hall. Rather in the morning and early afternoon, students of sports science programs are trained and the hall is used for research purposes. In the later afternoon, many university sports courses take place and club groups use the hall for their training and competitions.

In addition to the sports hall, there is a modern fitness room, a multifunctional room for theory and practical classes, a sauna and offices.
