Choose a course that interests you. Then contact us: welcome.unisport@usvjena.de
We will find a sports buddy for you. If you're not sure, you can also tell us your general sports interests. Whether it's jogging, soccer or another sports course – meet your sports buddy and do your favorite sport together. If you are interested, write us (in English, German, Ukrainian, Russian) and we will answer you soon.

Afterwards we will try to find a suitable sport-interested person for you and establish the contact between you.

UNISPORT CARD
In order to make the choice of a wide range of sports available to everyone, we provide the UnisportCard de for a student price to all war refugees.
The UnisportCard is the best option to get to know the whole variety of Unisport because of its wide range of sports.

Welcome UNISPORT
Since its founding in 2015, the Welcome Unisport initiative – an association of many volunteers under the leadership of UNISPORT – has stood for a diverse range of sports that offers meeting spaces for people with a migration background and the residents of Jena, promotes health and creates positive movement experiences.
Open sports training & Football training
- Training times: every Saturday, 17-18:30 (soccer meeting children/adults) & every Saturday, 17-18:30 (open sports meeting)
- Location: Artificial turf field 1, University Sports Center (Oberaue 1)
Note: no registration necessary
Volleyball meeting- Practice times: every Sunday, 14:00-15:30

Rhythmic gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics charmingly combines gymnastics, dance and ballet. The handling of the five hand apparatuses – rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon – as well as the musical accompaniment play a significant role.

Taekwondo
Taekwondo includes a variety of possibilities. In the foreground is of course first the learning of the techniques of this sport. As already mentioned, special emphasis is placed on the foot techniques, which become more and more complicated and demanding as the training progresses.

Weight training
Our training facility is located near the soccer stadium and offers 3 platforms, 3 benches, 2 squat racks and 1 power rack in addition to many bars and discs.

The Floorball department offers a diverse sport for young and old, which is extremely vivid with lots of movement!
