True to the motto "Together we are strong", USV Jena offers a team day for your company outing. Through an intensive process of getting to know each other, fear of contact is overcome and the employees meet each other in a very special way. Through the challenges, problem-solving strategies in the team are trained. The experiences made together will also accompany the employees positively in their everyday work. 

Challenging outdoor activities teach individual skills such as initiative, self-confidence, self-reflection and physical experience as well as social skills. The ability to work in a team, cooperation, communication, responsibility and the ability to deal with conflicts are just some of the key competences that are taught through our nature-based experiences in the community.
