True to the motto "Together we are strong", USV offers a team day for your team. Through intensive processes of getting to know each other, fears of contact are overcome and the employees meet each other in a very special way. Through the challenges, the team's problem-solving strategies in particular are trained. The experiences made together will also accompany the employees positively in their everyday work. 

Challenging outdoor activities teach individual skills such as initiative, self-confidence, self-reflection and physical experience as well as social skills. The ability to work in a team, cooperation, communication, responsibility and the ability to deal with conflicts are just some of the key competences that are taught through our nature-based experiences in the community.
